SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Senior Product Manager with expertise in mobile applications reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will have a significant opportunity to influence business strategy and shape the product roadmap for a fast-growing organization that has quickly carved out a leadership position in its market.

The Senior Product Manager will own the product development lifecycle from start to finish developing a deep understanding of our customers, market, and competitors, overseeing the requirements building, design, and development process working with key stakeholders in the business, and ultimately delivering awesome products that users love.

The Senior Product Manager will be passionate about leading people, understanding customers and delivering products that solve real business challenges. You have a proven track record of identifying customer pain points, turning ideas into solutions, and developing talent around you. You have a diverse career background, strong web and mobile application product delivery experience, and have experience working closely with engineering leaders to get things done. Responsibilities

  • Lead product and development teams to predictably deliver products and services
  • Partner closely with business leaders to define product strategy, roadmaps, and deliverables
  • Oversee application development, testing, and implementation of our cloud and mobile software
  • Support current applications and customers and implement new enhancements
  • Effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems with customers
  • Set the vision for an environment of ingenuity and creativity and act as a role model for others in challenging the status quo to encourage innovation

About you

  • You are experienced in both D2C and B2B software product development
  • You have a strong commercial acumen with sound financial management and are comfortable with developing business cases and optimising a set of revenue-driving KPIs.
  • You have excellent communication skills and an ability to work closely with creative, technical, and business stakeholders
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to pivot very quickly
  • You enjoy both delivering a strategic roadmap and managing projects on a day-to-day basis
  • You have a proven ability in building products where there’s a high degree of ambiguity on what to build in order to drive growth or mitigate risk
  • You don’t stick to a “by the book” product lead role definition. You simply get it done
  • You’re highly motivated and can work autonomously and independently without losing momentum

DATA SCIENTIST

We are looking for a pragmatic and collaborative Data Scientist to develop the next generation of data driven product features across the full range of our Beauty and Wellness applications. The Role

  • Develop state-of-the art, machine learning based, customer engagement systems. Ranging from customer clustering and predictive churn modelling to personalised, educational, AI dermatologists.
  • Coordinate with the platform team to integrate these systems into our Beauty & Wellness applications.
  • Support and collaborate with our Computer Vision team in the development and monitoring of new digital experiences for our customers.
  • Support our vision to create & leverage the latest technologies to enhance experiences that excite our audience.

Required Attributes

  • You love Machine Learning and have a passion for exploring and solving complex problems.
  • Pragmatic, able to develop Machine Learning solutions from conception through to customer facing deployment.
  • Demonstrable experience with Data Science Tools (TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Maplotlib etc..), Python, SQL and software engineering best practices.
  • A strong communicator able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Attributes

  • An interest in the Beauty, Skincare and Wellness industries.
  • Previous experience deploying and maintaining ML models in consumer applications.

We are looking for a positive and collaborative Data Analyst to unlock the value of data across our organisation. Finding insights that inspire the next generation of product features and tracking KPIs that give our decision makers the information they need to grow the business will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You are a magician with SQL and able to use the art of visualisation to bring clarity to complex data sets. This role will play a pivotal part in Beauty Labs continuing growth and the delivery of user experiences that excite and delight.

The Role

  • Work closely with decision makers to advocate and promote a data driven culture.
  • Develop BI Dashboards and Ad-Hoc reports across the full range of our Beauty & Wellness Applications.
  • Support end-users in the use of data, enabling self-service analytics through education and the hand-over of established reports.
  • Uncover insights in our data, reporting on user behaviour to drive product improvements that engage our customers.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrable experience with SQL, Excel/Power Pivot, Data Visualisation and BI Tools (e.g. Redash, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Able to discuss and establish reporting requirements with senior decision makers.
  • Able to interrogate complex datasets to surface KPIs, produce ad-hoc reports and develop interactive dashboards.
  • A strong communicator able to convey key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to lead, articulate & explore complex ideas effectively with technical peers.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
